Denise
Office Manager
I have spent the past eight years as Maple Dental’s office manager. I help to create a fun, friendly, kind and professional atmosphere while scheduling appointments, processing insurance claims, and handling patient accounts. We have a great team here and I enjoy working with all of them. Dr. LaMastra is also wonderful. He has a great passion for dentistry which makes going to work every day enjoyable.
My husband, John, and I have been married for 28 years. We have three grown children, Scott, Alyssa, and Christopher. We also have a new puppy named Coalby. I enjoy spending time with my children, husband, family, and friends. In my free time I like walking, shopping, traveling, and learning new things.

Dental Hygienist
I began my dental career seven years ago and was excited to join Maple Dental in 2010. In addition to providing my patients with preventive and maintenance care through cleanings, I also educate them on the best home care methods and help to manage dental anxiety. I have enjoyed getting to know our family of patients and helping them to enjoy their dental experience.
I’m a single mom of four wonderful children named Naima, Zaynab, Safiyyah, and Muhammab. My family is very important to me and I love spending time with them. I recently earned my RN degree as well.

Dental Hygienist
I have been a hygienist at Maple Dental since 2010 and have worked in the dental field for six years. I give our patients all the education and tools they need to maintain the health of their mouths and the beauty of their smiles for the rest of their lives. It is so much fun to meet people from all walks of life and get to know them on a personal level.
I am single with two children, Shane and Brittni, along with three cats. My time outside the office is spent with my family and friends.

Dental Assistant
I work chairside with Dr. LaMastra assisting him with all dental procedures including taking impressions and changing wires on orthodontic patients. In addition, I am the liaison with the dental laboratories to ensure cases are completed on schedule. I’ve been at Maple Dental for 19 happy, wonderful years. The best part of my job is to make our patients at ease during their dental appointment.
At home, I have one son named Jesse. I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and friends in my free time.
